Does not hit teammates
・ Spiny Shell
Targets the racer in 1st place among opponents.
Note: It does not target teammates.
・ Red Shell, Bowser's Shell, Yoshi's Egg, and Birdo's Egg
Will no longer target teammates
Note: They may hit teammates who are in the way of where they're traveling.
■ Battles
・ Blooper
Does not hit teammates
・ Red Shell, Bowser's Shell, Yoshi's Egg, and Birdo's Egg
Will no longer target teammates
Note: They may hit teammates who are in the way of where they're traveling.
・ Items equipped behind karts
Does not hit teammates
If a Team Game match is underway with only 1 team in it, these items will hit teammates.
