During a Team Rally, all races and battles will be Team Games. The rules for Team Games are the same as in Multiplayer. Please see the below as well.
How does the Team Game rule work in Multiplayer?
Also, Multiplayer will have Team Rally rules, and you can get team tokens by participating in a race with a driver of the team you are supporting.
When racing or battling with friends or others nearby, you can choose Team Rally rules.
