When playing alone:
・The team that pops all of their opponents' balloons wins.
・If the time limit is reached, or if the players' balloons are all popped, the team with the highest average remaining balloons wins.
・If the average remaining balloons is the same, then the team who held the balloons they have left at the end for the longest time wins.
When playing multiplayer:
・The team that pops all of their opponents' balloons wins.
