Super Horns, Mushrooms, Green Shells, Red Shells, Bloopers, Feathers, Bananas, Bob-ombs, and each driver's special items can appear from Item Boxes.
Bullet Bills, Lightning, Mega Mushrooms, Spiny Shells, and Super Stars will not appear during battles.
Also, while coins will not appear as normal items, a Frenzy can occur.
