If purchased rubies, or rubies acquired through log-in bonuses, challenges, or rankings are not reflected in your ruby total, please try the following.
1. Close Mario Kart Tour from your task manager, then restart the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Tap Complete Purchase.
To get to the Complete Purchase option, do the following:
1. Tap Menu at the bottom of the tour-select screen.
2. Tap the Gold Pass banner at the top of the menu screen.
3. Tap Complete Purchase at the very bottom of that screen.
Notes:
・It may take 1-2 hours for purchases to be reflected.
・Please take care that you do not uninstall or delete the Mario Kart Tour game from your device.
・If the above doesn't resolve the issue, please submit an inquiry.
