(1) Check to see if permission has been granted for in-app purchases.
You can check your in-app purchase settings by following the below steps.
1. Open your device's Settings menu, then tap Screen Time and tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Note: If Screen Time is off, in-app purchases are allowed, so you don't need to do anything further.
2. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.
3. Tap In-app Purchases.
4. Tap Allow.
・ If Don't Allow is selected, your OS settings are limiting your ability to make purchases.
・ The text displayed for each of these steps may differ depending on the OS version your device is running.
(2) Use the Complete Purchase function.
To get to the Complete Purchase option, do the following:
a) Tap Menu at the bottom of the tour-select screen.
b) Tap the Shop at the bottom of the screen.
c) Tap Complete Purchase at the very bottom of that screen.
(3) Update Mario Kart Tour to the latest version.
(4) Close apps other than Mario Kart Tour, as well as any unnecessary browser tabs.
(5) Force close Mario Kart Tour, then restart the app.
(6) Restart your device.
