To start a Frenzy, a driver must be racing on a favorite course and obtain three of the same item.
A driver can start a Frenzy up to three times per race, but not back-to-back.
Drivers in a lower position in the race have an increased chance to start a Frenzy.
Drivers on their second lap or higher in the race have an increased chance to start a Frenzy.
A driver's chance to start a Frenzy increases as their level increases.
