If purchased rubies are not reflected in your ruby total, drivers, karts, or gliders special offer purchases are not reflected, or you do not gain access to Premium Challenges after purchasing them, please try the following.
1. Close Mario Kart Tour from your task manager, then restart the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Tap Complete Purchase.
To get to the Complete Purchase option, do the following:
a) Tap Menu at the bottom of the tour-select screen.
b) Tap the Shop at the bottom of the screen.
c) Tap Complete Purchase at the very bottom of that screen.
4. Clear the app's cache via your device settings.
5. Since item purchases are reflected directly in the amount you possess, if the quantity of a certain item has not increased after purchasing it, please follow the below steps to check your Gift Box.
a) Tap Menu on the main screen, then tap Gift Box.
・It may take 1-2 hours for purchases to be reflected.
・Please take care that you do not uninstall or delete the Mario Kart Tour game from your device.
