■ How to Open an Inquiry
Please open an inquiry in the app by following the below steps.
1. Tap Menu on the main screen, then tap Settings, Help and Inquiries, then Customer Support.
2. Tap Support on the bottom of the FAQ page.
3. Tap Contact Support
・ Please use the "Description" field to describe your situation in detail. If a support code was displayed, please include its 7-digit number.
If you can't open an inquiry from within the app, open one by e-mailing your inquiry to the below address:
mariokarttour-support@nintendo.co.jp
Notes:
・ When you send your inquiry, please include the fact that you cannot send it from within the app and/or cannot launch the app.
・ It will be easier for us to respond to your inquiry if you contact us from the e-mail address that you registered your Nintendo Account with.
■ How to view responses
Please follow the below steps to view responses to inquiries opened in the app.
Note: If you have not received a notification, please wait for a response.
1. Tap Menu on the main screen, then tap Settings, Help and Inquiries, then Customer Support.
2. Tap Support on the bottom of the FAQ page.
3. Tap on the inquiry you want to check.
If you opened an inquiry via e-mail, please check the inbox of the e-mail address you opened the inquiry with.
Note: If you don't receive a response, please check to see if it's in the spam or deleted folders of the e-mail software you are using.
